3. Payment Process and Refunds

b. Refunds: In the event that an offer expires before the booking confirmation, Airwise Travel LTD will issue a refund to the user.
4. User Responsibilities
a. Booking Reference: Users are responsible for using the provided booking reference for check-in or cancellation with the respective airlines.
b. Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. Airwise Travel LTD is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information provided by users.
5. Booking Offers and Modifications
a. Offer Expiry: Users acknowledge that offers may have expiration dates. If an offer expires before the booking is confirmed, a refund will be issued.
b. Offer Changes: Airwise Travel LTD reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or change any offers without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
a. Indirect Damages: Airwise Travel LTD is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
b. Service Availability: While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, Airwise Travel LTD does not guarantee the continuous availability of the App.

b. User License: Subject to these terms, Airwise Travel LTD grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services.

b. Termination by Airwise Travel LTD: Airwise Travel LTD reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts, at its discretion, for violation of these terms or any other reason deemed necessary for the security and integrity of the services.
14. Force Majeure
Airwise Travel LTD shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these terms due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, and natural disasters.
15. Amendments to the Agreement
Airwise Travel LTD reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
16. Severability
